Our Story
Shelter & Shield 91:4 was founded by Levi J. Stanberry, a storm‑restoration roofing specialist with a proven track record in insurance‑driven construction and full‑cycle project management.
Before launching Shelter & Shield 91:4, Levi founded Guaranteed Roofing & More in Fitzgerald, Georgia. Under his leadership, that company grew quickly and was successfully sold in April 2025. That exit showed his ability to build, operate, and scale a roofing business from the ground up to profitability.
Over the years, Levi has personally handled:
- Gave away a free roof to a person in severe need
- Storm inspections and detailed damage documentation
- Insurance claim advocacy and adjuster coordination
- Estimating and supplementing for fair, accurate scopes
- Material procurement and vendor relationships
- Subcontractor oversight and production scheduling
- Quality control, punch lists, and project closeout
- Branding, marketing, contracts, and financial setup
- Personally built and repair roofs, gutters and siding.

I founded this company to fight for what’s fair, so families can focus on what matters while my team handles the hard parts. Rooted in Missouri, with ties to Springfield and Hannibal, my mission is simple: protect your home, your memories, and your future.
Our homes shelter our best moments and sometimes our hardest ones, and that’s why they deserve honest, pressure‑free care. After seeing how the industry often pushes homeowners into rushed decisions, I wasn’t sure I wanted to return to roofing — until the 2026 storm changed everything. My wife told me her friend needed help. Being able to inspect her roof, secure her home, and give her something she thought she couldn’t afford reminded me why I became a contractor in the first place. I want to walk a Christ‑like path, serve my community, and help families one shelter at a time.
